基于規(guī)模經濟框架下的洛陽市商業(yè)銀行的規(guī)模研究

摘  要：本文基于規(guī)模經濟的框架，通過對洛陽商業(yè)銀行的現狀及其產生效應的闡述，運用規(guī)模經濟的理論對其特點進行分析，確定其最佳的經營規(guī)模，分析其規(guī)模不經濟的原因。然后根據理論對如何提高洛陽國有商業(yè)銀行的績效進行了系統的、全方位的研究，提出通過提高國有商業(yè)銀行管理水平，加快金融創(chuàng)新，改造和整合洛陽國有商業(yè)銀行大量無規(guī)模經營的分支機構。通過建立健全洛陽市商業(yè)銀行的公司治理結構，迅速提高洛陽國有銀行的管理效率。通過發(fā)揮范圍經濟優(yōu)勢，加大技術創(chuàng)新力度，形成范圍經濟效應的若干途徑來提升洛陽國有銀行的經營績效與競爭能力。

Research on the Luoyang commercial banks scale under the theory of economies of scale
 
Abstract: Recent years has seen a heated discussion on the issue of commercial banks’ scale in China. Regarding to the existence of commercial banks’ economy of scale, it never makes a consistent agreement of this topic. Different Scholars holds different opinions about this problem. There are some scholars thinks the commercial banks’ economy scale do not exist, while the others believe the economy scale of commercial banks. Therefore, the commercial banks’ economy of scale becomes a focus in academia. However, this paper put aside the argument for economy of scale, Based on the economies of scale frame, carries on the analysis to the Luoyang commercial banks present situation, using the economies of scale theory, discovers the characteristic of economies of scale and the determination its best management scale from the view of Luoyang commercial bank’ economy of scale and economy scope in terms of how to improve the Luoyang state-owned commercial bank’ efficiency with a systematic and comprehensive study. Advocate transformation and integration of Luoyang state-owned commercial banks without large-scale operation branches, through improving the management efficiency of Luoyang state-owned commercial bank. Through the business development, forming range economic effect with a number of ways to improve the operating performance and competitiveness of Luoyang state-owned commercial bank.
