江西省縣域經濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略

摘  要:縣域經濟是國民經濟的重要組成部分，加快縣域經濟發(fā)展, 壯大縣域經濟實力, 是繁榮農村經濟, 促進城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展，構建和諧社會，實現江西在中部崛起的關鍵。江西省縣域經濟發(fā)展具有區(qū)位、自然資源、低成本等優(yōu)勢，同時也存在經濟結構不合理、金融對縣域支持不夠、教育和科技基礎落后、縣域財政狀況困難等劣勢。因此，江西省必須堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展、特色經濟發(fā)展、民營經濟發(fā)展、科技興縣發(fā)展以及經濟結構調整等戰(zhàn)略，促進縣域經濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。

The Development Strategy of Jiangxi Province County Territory Economic
 
Abstract:The county territory economy is the national economy importantconstituent, speeds up the county territory economy development,expands the county territory economic potentiality, is the prosperousrural economy, promotes the city and countryside overall plandevelopment, constructs the harmonious society, realizes Jiangxi thekey which rises in middle. The Jiangxi Province county territory economy development hassuperiority and so on position, natural resource, low cost,simultaneously also has the economic structure unreasonable, thefinance is insufficient, the education to the county territory supportand technical foundation backwardness, inferiority and so on countyterritory finance condition difficulty. Therefore, the JiangxiProvince county territory economy must persist the sustainabledevelopment, the characteristic economy development, the privatelyoperated economical development, technical Xing Xian develop, strategyand so on readjustment of the economic structure.
