chill/chill out =relax 放松，休息

ditch 做名詞用是指地上的溝； 做動(dòng)詞to ditch表示要離開某個(gè)人，因?yàn)槟悴幌敫谝黄鹆�；或表示要馬上離開一個(gè)不想再呆的地方。
It's too noisy. Let's ditch this place.
hit the spot 感到過(guò)癮，覺得很痛快。比如你肚子餓了，吃得心滿意足，就可以說(shuō)That food really hit the spot.
big gun 大人物，對(duì)決策有重大影響的人
The company's big gun quarterbacked the meeting about their revenue report.
quarterback 本意是美式足球的四分衛(wèi)，做動(dòng)詞在可以表示"主持會(huì)議，或總管項(xiàng)目"
The project leader quarterbacked the meeting.
lame 無(wú)聊，沒意思，或者不合適的
Don't give me any lame excuses next time I want to do something!
shot 是指什么東西壞了，或者人體的某個(gè)部位受傷了

damage 是指為某樣?xùn)|西或某個(gè)交易付的錢, 通常用"bad/not bad"來(lái)表示價(jià)錢高低
