星期五，英語(yǔ)老師說要在教室里做一次英語(yǔ)測(cè)試，我聽了心里很是緊張。
整個(gè)下午，我都不得安寧，一會(huì)兒怕橡皮沒帶，一會(huì)怕鉛筆沒刨好。
好不容易熬到了第三節(jié)英語(yǔ)課，我心里更加緊張了，看著白花花的一張?jiān)嚲戆l(fā)下來了，我以迅雷不及掩耳之勢(shì)地掃了一眼，哈哈，好像還沒有看到難題，心中的大石頭總算落地。一切在順利進(jìn)行當(dāng)中，突然，一個(gè)翻譯題把我給難住了：一只熱狗的英文是什么的?心想：這個(gè)英文明明我是會(huì)的，怎么今天測(cè)試時(shí)給忘記了。
我苦思冥想，咬著筆抓著頭，回憶了所有的.課文。突然，我想出來了，“熱”的英文其實(shí)就是HOT!哎呀，好像是不是因?yàn)樘o張了，把這個(gè)單詞給忘記了!終于想出來了，心里好興奮呀!哎呀!時(shí)間不多了，快做其他的!
我繼續(xù)后面的題，終于寫完了，看看時(shí)間，趕緊把卷子認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地檢查了一遍，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)一道題還沒做呢，我趕緊寫了上去，嘿嘿，總算是發(fā)現(xiàn)了，也算讓我的“檢查”逮住了你這個(gè)空題，哈!
下課了，我交完了卷子，再看一下同桌，她一副愁眉苦臉的樣子，沒做完唄，希望我的卷子能考到好!

每當(dāng)機(jī)遇降臨，伴之而來的是成功的希望，但是機(jī)遇不能自行實(shí)現(xiàn)成功。假如你要取得成就或要實(shí)現(xiàn)你的雄心壯志，你必須努力工作、艱苦奮斗、準(zhǔn)備好條件。否則，機(jī)遇來臨你卻無法利用。
成功者與失敗者的區(qū)別就在于處理機(jī)遇的態(tài)度。成功者做好充分準(zhǔn)備迎接機(jī)遇的適時(shí)來臨。而失敗者工作懶散，眼看機(jī)遇悄然而過。
我的觀點(diǎn)是，在我們的.社會(huì)里人人都有許多機(jī)遇，但是只有那些做好充分準(zhǔn)備并且高度稱職的人才能利用機(jī)遇達(dá)到目的。
Opportunities don’t come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them care.
When an opportunity comes , it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfil one of your ambitions, you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you.
The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see pass by.
In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve purpose.
