如何應(yīng)對英語面試
英語從小開始學(xué)，可學(xué)了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關(guān)頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓(xùn)”饑不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎(chǔ)上，注意一些細(xì)節(jié)，運(yùn)用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。
首先，平時要注意訓(xùn)練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現(xiàn)場氣氛定會急轉(zhuǎn)直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發(fā)音要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數(shù)時候一些細(xì)小的語法錯誤并不影響交際的進(jìn)行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導(dǎo)致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
■先期準(zhǔn)備
主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準(zhǔn)備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。還可去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
