　　Dear headmasters,teachers,classmates and friends:

　　I’m very proud that I have chosen to speak to you all today, I’m a bit(=a little) nervous as I’ve never made a speech before to so many people ,so please forgive me if it shows.

　　As we all know, the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse . In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt? For example ,we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping basskets not plastic bags when we go shopping and we can use both sides of the paper when we write . In a word ,if everyone pays more attention to our environment , there will be less pollution and our lives will be better.

　　“There is only one earth”,I hope everyone will protect our environment well.

　　我們都知道,我們周圍的環(huán)境變得越來越糟。在一些地方,我們不能看到魚在河里游泳或樹木在山上。一些人甚至沒有干凈的水喝。所以我認(rèn)為我們必須做些事情來保護(hù)環(huán)境。。但我們能做些什么呢?如何保護(hù)我們的環(huán)境嗎?例如,我們可以步行去學(xué)�；蝌T自行車。我們可以使用購物basskets不是塑料袋當(dāng)我們?nèi)ベ徫飼r(shí),我們可以使用雙方當(dāng)我們寫論文的。總之,如果每個(gè)人都更加關(guān)注我們的環(huán)境,將會有更少的污染和我們的生活將會更好。
