啟事(Notice)
啟事是一種公告性的通知，需要向公眾說(shuō)明什么事情，要求什么幫助都可以采用。把啟事內(nèi)容的要點(diǎn)作為標(biāo)題寫(xiě)在啟事的上方正中;啟事的日期寫(xiě)在右上方;啟事者名稱(chēng)在右下方;不用稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)。如：

書(shū)信(Letter)
書(shū)信的格式是：信頭(發(fā)信人的地址和日期)，位于信紙的右上角;信內(nèi)地址(收信人的地址，私人信件可省去)，位于信頭下兩行左邊;稱(chēng)呼，位于信內(nèi)地址下;正文，位于稱(chēng)呼下，縮進(jìn)兩個(gè)字符;署名，位于正文下兩行右邊;簽名，位于結(jié)尾下。如：
