　　我很報歉自己在這個時候向公司正式提出辭職申請，公司是我畢業(yè)以后踏入社會的第一個大家庭，在這里，我得到了公司各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的關(guān)心幫助，對此我表示非常感謝，也是在這里我有過歡笑，有過淚水，更有過收獲，我很慶幸自己能在這里有過這么開心的工作和學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷。

　　但由于我產(chǎn)后身體狀況欠佳，經(jīng)常腰痛，醫(yī)生檢查后建議我要長期在家調(diào)養(yǎng)，并且短期內(nèi)不能穿高跟鞋工作，我非常感謝公司對我的培養(yǎng)，為避免給公司正常運營及人員安排帶來困擾，本人現(xiàn)提出辭職，希望公司能夠體諒和諒解并予以同意，十分感謝。
