　　這幾天不知道怎么了？我的牙忽然疼了起來，真要人命啊！俗話說“牙痛不是病，疼起來要人命�！�

　　I don't know what happened these days? My teeth suddenly hurt. It's killing! As the saying goes, "toothache is not a disease. It will kill people if it hurts."

　　經(jīng)過這幾天我上網(wǎng)查找和問爸爸媽媽牙痛是什么原因？終于知道了我為什么會牙痛，那是因為我上火了！都怪我平時吃太多火氣重的垃圾食品，還有就是我刷牙的時候沒有刷干凈�，F(xiàn)在好了吧，我現(xiàn)在不能吃東西了。我真后悔當初吃了太多垃圾食品和牙沒有刷干凈，導(dǎo)致了我現(xiàn)在的下場。

　　After these days, I searched the Internet and asked my parents what was the cause of toothache? Finally I know why I have toothache. It's because I'm on fire! I usually eat too much hot junk food, and I didn't brush my teeth clean. Now, I can't eat now. I really regret that I ate too much junk food and didn't brush my teeth, which led to my end now.

　　最后，我奉勸你們，千萬不要吃那些火氣重的垃圾食品，還有刷牙的時候要仔細，不能隨便刷刷。如果你們不想牙痛的話，就聽聽我的話吧！

　　Finally, I would advise you not to eat those hot junk food, and to brush your teeth carefully instead of casually. If you don't want toothache, listen to me!
