　　I got information from one of my friends who is working in your school that you are looking for candidates for the position of an assistant teacher. I am looking for a job in the field of education and would like to express my interest in joining your school in a similar position.

　　I have completed my Bachelor’s in Education from Iowa University last year. I have some work experience in the form of an intern with Saint Thomas Foundation School. I have knowledge about the education process in a school. During my internship I had the experience of assisting the teacher in preparing question papers for exams and invigilating while an examination takes place.

　　I believe that these experiences will help me if I am working in the position of an assistant teacher. I have excellent rapport building skills which is a necessity for this job.
