　　一、說明信(Cover letter)

　　一封介紹性的信箋，介紹你自己以及你應(yīng)征的目的，并有機(jī)會(huì)在其中概述你的技能和你能為公司做出的貢獻(xiàn)，大多數(shù)公司除了要履歷之外還要求附上一封說明信。(An introductory letter which introduces yourself，states your intent，and gives you an opportunity to summarize your skills and sell what you can offer to a company. Most companies require a cover letter in addition to a resume.)主要包括三部分：開場白(Anfang)、自我介紹(Selbstvorstellung)和結(jié)束語(Schluss)。

　　二、 簡歷 (Resume)

　　一個(gè)正規(guī)的個(gè)人鑒定，描繪出專業(yè)目標(biāo)、工作經(jīng)歷和教育背景以及與某專業(yè)相關(guān)的其他的活動(dòng)，或參加的專業(yè)組織，等等。這是一種向一個(gè)可能成為你老板的人推銷你技能和專業(yè)技巧的手段。(A formal document which identifies a person，outlines professional goals，describes work history and educational background，and identifies other activities，memberships in professional associations，etc.，which are relevant to a career. It is a tool by which you market or sell your skills and expertise to a potential employer.)

　　英文簡歷與中文簡歷內(nèi)容相似，主要包括：

　　求職目標(biāo)(Goals)：

　　一份描述你專業(yè)抱負(fù)或是職業(yè)目標(biāo)的陳述報(bào)告。(A statement which expresses your professional ambitions and/or career objectives.)包括：目標(biāo)(objective)、工作目標(biāo)(job objective)、職業(yè)目標(biāo)(career objective)、謀求職位(position sought)、希望職位(position wanted)、申請職位(position applied for)等。
